ProSEED

A journey that begins before leaving care.

ProSEED is a three-year journey designed to support young people as they prepare for and navigate the transition from alternative care.

The journey begins approximately 12 months before leaving care and continues for up to two years afterwards, with opportunities for ongoing connection through the alumni network.
